Advantages:“The A380 is a great aircraft (from a true Boeing enthusiast). Very quiet! The coach had more leg room than I expected, especially for a non-US airline. Good service and great entertainment on board. The airline is not a US domestic airline, so the flight attendants may not understand every English word of a request, but they try very hard. Most US airlines don't do this! They would try so hard if I spoke Korean! The whole world doesn't speak your language and remember This bus is a bus $$$ for a reason. Customs procedures are beyond the carrier's control, so please comment."
Opposites:"There was no individual control for the air outlet and I felt a little hot, but most people were comfortable."

Advantages:“I really liked the ticket prices for this trip, I saved money on the regular airfare as I had two long layovers in Seoul at Inchoen Airport. I love this airport, it's clean, modern and has many FREE amenities. Best for my second time LONG Stay. My first time was at an Alaskan airport that I totally forgot as it was almost 30 years ago. The flight experience was totally good flying from BKK as it was a good airport too. I also liked the services, the crews were friendly and helpful."
Opposites:“Flights were full and of course I had a seat in seat 32E next to a man who was obviously ill or had a severe allergy, he sneezed and sneezed half the whole flight when he was awake and asleep most of the time. . So it was difficult for me to get in and out of the bathroom. Luckily the people in seats 32F and 32G were kind enough to let me in and out (I mostly got out while the lady in seat 32F got up from her seat. ) Most other experiences were generally good.

The bus finally arrived, unloaded half the passengers and returned 20 minutes later to unload the rest. That's the longest time I've ever spent getting off a plane and cleaning an airport - very poor, whoever was to blame (I think Sydney Airport was to blame).
Advantages:"Service quality"
Opposites:"Seat Won't Recline"
Advantages:"Very good service".

Advantages:"simple registration."
Opposites:"I can't choose my seats."
Advantages:"anything"
Opposites:“First I checked in online and was able to secure a seat for the first leg, but I was able to get information about my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to top up my I asked the Thai Airways representative for the missing information. His response was that I could not get into the ANA system and had to go to the ANA counter to ask for this information since my stopover in Narita was only about 45 minutes before landing. When I went to the gate I felt uncomfortable not knowing whether or not I was going to take this flight. The Thai Airways representative at the boarding counter helped me a little and contacted a guide in Narita to help me get my luggage and get to the airport, gate right. I wanted to point out that we didn't make it to Narita in time due to heavy air traffic, so the plane had to circle for 15 minutes. When we finally landed, I had about 15 minutes to get through custom and run. I went to my door. When I received my ticket I was shocked to find that I had been given a middle seat on a 13 hour flight! If I had known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was unable to check in online and was not given information about this flight before boarding, I was not allowed to transfer on this entire flight. Also, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seating was very uncomfortable. The seat wouldn't even recline! I don't expect much from a short haul flight, but for a 13 hour flight I at least expect the seating to be a little better than sitting on a rock against a wall. All in all, this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The stress and discomfort of being on a plane was an experience no one should experience when traveling. It was a horrific nightmare on an ANA flight. I want a refund for this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue"
Advantages:"Sturdy seat cushion for long flights, good food selection and plenty of current movies to keep you busy for hours. 8+ hours lights out for sleep."
Advantages:"The plane wasn't that crowded, so I had plenty of room."
Opposites:“The seat itself is still uncomfortable to put in the extended position to relax. Also, the headrest doesn't move very well, making it difficult to find a comfortable head position when trying to sleep on an airplane I have. I have no idea why it took so long considering they were used by so many people on the flight. The food wasn't very good except for the marble bread.”
Advantages:“I loved flying with Ana. I cannot say enough about how exemplary the service was and the overall comfort/experience was one of the best I have ever had. I'm really looking forward to flying with them next year when I come back to Japan."
Advantages:"The same as above"
Opposites:"The same as above"
Advantages:"It was a smooth flight, good flight crew. Delicious food too"
Opposites:"Check-in at LAX. They form 2 different queues for Economy. The first queue was full of early arrivals. Then the second queue started to fill up later. But when the ANA agents came out, they had no idea and served the latecomers line. They should know what they are doing. Either just 1 line, or if it's 2 lines, you have to ask which line gets there first."
Advantages:"The staff was very nice. The service was also very fast."
Opposites:"Seats were a bit uncomfortable"
Advantages:"The flight was on time, the service is good and there are also good entertainment options. The food is honestly a bit mediocre, but it's not bad."

Advantages:"Service was great, food was decent. However, the ride was bumpy, the plane felt 'old'."
Opposites:"Everything was in order. All I can say is that the plane felt dated."
Advantages:"There were very entertaining channels. Very few in English and none in my native language ie Urdu."

Opposites:“Seats need more padding, maybe optional padding for some customers. It might be impossible to avoid a literal sore bum on a 14-hour flight, but extra seat padding probably would have helped. The petite Japanese woman next to me had one and I think it was pretty comfortable."
Advantages:"Great Flight"
Opposites:"Essen"

Advantages:"The most comfortable cheap flight I have ever taken, good leg room, great customer service, delicious food, best bathrooms!"
Advantages:"There was a delay"
Opposites:"They refused to board because United did not assign the flight date and ANA's check-in desk did not help coordinate."

They spoke great English and made sure my husband and I sat together during our 15 week flight to Vietnam. It had so many new movie and music choices which helped while passing the time. The food was delicious as well as snacks and drinks! All the staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when I return to ASIA."
Opposites:"The seats look small and are very comfortable."
Advantages:"Good service."
Opposites:“I was put on call even though I was traveling with my teenage daughter and I arrived over 2 hours early! I ended up getting a seat, but that was unnecessarily stressful (there were a few vacancies, so they knew I would eventually get a seat. They could have told me I could go at check-in).
Advantages:"Everyone is super nice."
Opposites:"anything"
Opposites:“The crew was very polite, the best I have ever seen. I also noticed this polite behavior with all Japanese service employees in Japan. Very friendly, that's their culture. The only problem for me on such a long trip was that the chairs couldn't be pushed back for a more relaxed position, but overall it was very good.”
Advantages:"Very attentive and professional crew."
Advantages:"Service and comfort in the premium economy"
Opposites:"The quality of ANA's food has dropped a lot. It's basically as bad as eating together. Very sad."
Opposites:“Flight attendants didn't speak English; no amenities (toothbrush, eye kit, etc.) like Etihad and Qatar Economy offer. Not many restaurants. Should have double the movies and music as you can watch all offerings in one or two stages of a trip. I had four. BBC news did not work on any leg of the journey and Japanese news was only in Japanese, not English.”

Opposites:"On time would be better."
Opposites:“This time Singapore Airlines staff doesn't seem to be that helpful. They used to be happy to help with a smiling face and were immediately available. Opposites:"The entertainment system froze at times, I couldn't remember where I was in the movie."

I rarely, if ever, leave a review, but my flights (from SFO - Singapore and back) have been AMAZING. I was seated in economy class and the level of care we received. I could only imagine how great First Class could be. If only I could fly to Singapore on all of my international trips, I would.
